The ADOA-ASET Digital Government team provides access to a Website Quality Assurance Monitoring service for all agencies with websites on the Agency Platform.

What problems it solves

It is common for websites to contain errors or fail to fully conform to accessibility standards. This service provides tools and reporting to find and correct these issues to improve the experience for website visitors.

What the Service provides
  • The QA monitoring service conducts regular scans of Agency Platform Websites to check for things like broken links, misspelled words, and WCAG 2.0 accessibility compliance.

  • Any State Agencies, Boards or Commissions with an Agency Platform Website
Service Prerequisites
Scope of Service
  • ASET provides and configures the tool. It is the responsibility of the customer to utilize it and make the suggested changes and fixes.
  • Customers can request assistance or support via the ServiceNow Customer portal. Click on ADOA-ASET Service Desk. Select Digital Government then Quality Assurance / Accessibility Scanning.
  • If you would like to add or decommission a service, please submit a service ticket via the ServiceNow Customer portal. Click on ADOA-ASET Service Desk and then select the appropriate service.
Service Commitment
  • Our goal is to have an incident assigned to someone within 4 business hours of the ticket being created within the system and have the incident resolved (or a path to resolution documented and communicated to the customer) within two business days.
