These are the four basic aspects of support available: ADOA-ASET Service Desk, AZNet Support Desk, Salesforce Support, and Cyber Command (formerly known as Enterprise Security).
ADOA-ASET Service Desk
The ADOA-ASET Service Desk supports all desktop and laptop devices for the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) and any agency managed by ADOA that subscribes to this service.

AZNet Support Desk
AZNet Support covers all telecommunications for the State of Arizona.
