The Enterprise Security Program Advisory Council (ESPAC) is an advisory group to the State Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Objectives include:

• Providing a mechanism for members to advise and inform the Governor’s Office, Legislature and other interested state bodies on matters related to security information technology planning, policies, and standards.
• Providing a forum for the above described community to address issues of mutual interest and share information with one another.
• Fostering cross-agency and cross-jurisdictional collaboration and support with the goal of strengthening the Information Technology (IT) Security leadership community in their shared support of the business of the State.
