The current goal is for all agencies to achieve a score of 725 or greater. Cyber Command also consults with agencies and boards on ways to improve their overall score.

About Service Name

Arizona Public Meetings (publicmeetings.az.gov) is a centralized location for state agencies, boards, and commissions to provide notice of their public meetings. The site allows the public to search listings for public body meeting dates, times, and locations. 

The ADOA-ASET Digital Government team manages user accounts on the site for all state agencies, boards, and commissions.

This service provides a desktop support technician at an hourly rate to assist with troubleshooting devices that are unsupported to ensure that state agencies, boards, and commissions maintain a stable, efficient computing environment. The utilization of this service requires Desktop Support and is intended to be used as assistance during projects and on unsupported devices.

About Programming Services

Programming services provide development professionals at an hourly rate who can automate, implement, and enhance processes, and handle matters related to software and infrastructure management processes. This service is for agencies who require development assistance for applications supported by ASET. Additionally, applications not yet supported by ASET can be initiated following development efforts or provided and maintained in-house.

This service provides agencies with server technicians at an hourly rate to handle tasks related to technical support for servers and operating systems. Server technicians help manage data center hardware by providing a total diagnosis and repair on hardware issues and help provide technical support to follow up on inquiries and issues on agency system servers.
