About Enterprise State Time

Data Center Server Time Synchronization Services provide a robust and managed solution to ensure all your servers operate on a unified and accurate time source, eliminating these risks and enhancing the overall stability and integrity of your servers in the SHDC data center.

What problems it solves

NTP servers solve the problem of clock drift and time synchronization on computer networks. They provide a solution to synchronize the clocks of multiple devices to a standard time source, ensuring that all network devices, including servers and clients, are set to the same time. This is crucial for various applications, including file system updates, network management, security analysis, and more.

What the Service provides

We provide a comprehensive suite of time synchronization services tailored to meet the specific needs of your data center environment:

  • Dedicated and Redundant Time Source Infrastructure: We deploy and manage highly accurate and redundant Network Time Protocol (NTP) or Precision Time Protocol (PTP) servers within your data center or provide secure access to our highly reliable external time sources
  • Secure and Isolated Time Network: We establish a secure and isolated network for time synchronization traffic, protecting it from external interference and ensuring the integrity of the time signal
  • Customized Configuration and Implementation: Our experienced engineers will work closely with your team to design and implement a time synchronization solution that aligns with your existing infrastructure, security policies, and compliance requirements
  • Server Configuration and Integration: We assist with the configuration of your servers to reliably synchronize with the designated time source, ensuring consistent and accurate timekeeping across your entire environment
  • Continuous Monitoring and Alerting: Our proactive monitoring systems continuously track the health and accuracy of your time synchronization infrastructure, providing timely alerts in case of any deviations or potential issues
  • Expert Management and Support: Our certified engineers provide ongoing management, maintenance, and support for your time synchronization services, ensuring optimal performance and addressing any issues promptly
  • Compliance Adherence: We help you meet the stringent time synchronization requirements of various industry regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2)
  • Detailed Reporting and Auditing: We provide comprehensive reports on the status and accuracy of your time synchronization, facilitating audits and demonstrating compliance
