Virtual Instance License provides agencies the ability to leverage ADOA-ASET for volume licensing for OS (Operating Systems) loaded on virtual servers hosted by the ADOA managed services team. Agencies that have Windows licensing will receive other licenses at a discounted rate.

Eligible Customers

 

• Any agency needing a new server that is currently onboarded in the ADOA managed service or approved to be onboarded to our services.

Service Prerequisites

• Completed review and approval with the ASET Engagement Management & Cloud/DC Infrastructure Teams.

Scope of Service

• ASET will provide a windows or linux server license for any server being spun up within our infrastructure environments and onboarded to our services.
• Customers can request assistance or support via the ServiceNow Customer portal. Click on ADOA-ASET Service Desk. Select Server then General Server Support.

Service Commitment

• Response Time: 24 - 48 hours (depending on severity)
• Resolution Time: Dependent on issue
• Support Time: 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday
