The Messaging Transfer Agent service is required to enable clients (typically web-sites or web applications) to send email notifications and/or confirmations.

- Configure MTA email service upon CLIENT request
- Notify CLIENT of any outage or interruption of service
- Troubleshoot service when errors or outages occur
- Provide ADOA-ASET with CLIENT contact information during normal and outside of normal business hours
- Contact ADOA-ASET Service Desk at 602-364-4444 for assistance or technical support in the event of email issues related to the use of the MTA
- Pay all fees associated with this service
