In collaboration with the Arizona Cyber Threat Resource Alliance (ACTRA), the Department of Education (DOE) and the Department of Administration (ADOA) is participating in the 3rd annual school year cyber security calendar contest for k-12 students.
This is a Statewide Cyber Safety Poster Contest. The goal of the contest is to encourage young people to use the Internet safely and securely and to craft messages and images that will best resonate with their peers across the country to stay safe online.
Thirteen winners will be selected and receive the honor of having their artwork showcased in the Annual Arizona Security Awareness Calendar. The calendar will be distributed throughout the State and may also be used in campaigns to raise awareness among children of all ages about Internet and computer safety. The 13 winners will receive a framed “Certificate of Accomplishment”
One winner from each grade group (K-5, 6-8, 9-12) will be selected and win a prize donated by Arizona One Bank. One overall winner will be selected to be on the cover.
