The ADOA-ASET Change Advisory Board (CAB) ensures that changes to the ADOA-ASET IT environment are in compliance with ITIL standards, best practices and audit requirements.
The CAB consists of representatives of IT teams from areas within ADOA and numerous other agencies such as ADOT, AHCCCS, and ASU. At the weekly CAB meetings, upcoming change requests are reviewed. If there are no issues the changes are then approved by the ADOA-ASET Change Control Manager.
